Jerry Jones said there’s ‘no doubt’ he’d be able to work with Bill Belichick

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he’s friends with Bill Belichick and wouldn’t have a problem working with him one day.

The Cowboys aren’t in position to hire Belichick as head coach at the moment, but Jones told Yahoo! Sports’ Jori Epstein that he believes the pair could get along.

“I know him personally and I like him,” Jones said. “There’s no doubt in my mind we could work together. None. None.”

The Cowboys do not have a vacancy for a head coach because they retained Mike McCarthy after a loss to the Green Bay Packers in the wild card playoff round.
