BOULDER – Colorado lacrosse defeated the Oregon Ducks 15-5 in its senior day game here Friday evening to close out the regular season ranked third in the Pac-12.
The Buffaloes (9-7, 7-3 Pac-12) put together a dominant performance against the Ducks (5-11, 1-9 Pac-12) as they allowed just 13 total shots on goal, eight of which were saved by goalkeeper Grace Donnelly.
"I thought we did a better job defensively than we did when we were up in Eugene. That was huge for us," head coach Ann Elliott Whidden stated.
